These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all browser extensions developed by us (compatible with Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge), including design tools, productivity tools, e-commerce auxiliary tools, and AI assistance extensions.
Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of legal consent in your jurisdiction) to use our extensions. If you are under 16, you may only use the extensions with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our extensions, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
We grant you a personal, worldwide, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive license to install and use our extensions for lawful purposes. You agree that:
Free Version: Permanently available. All core features of each product remain open for long‑term free use.
Premium Version: You may voluntarily purchase a license to unlock advanced features (e.g., advanced color schemes, batch processing, dedicated professional services).
Our extensions fully comply with Chrome Web Store and Microsoft Edge Add‑ons policies, are safe and compliant, and operate locally on your device. We commit to:
Disclaimer: The extensions are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the extensions will be error‑free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including data loss, profit loss, business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the extensions.
Cap on Liability: If any liability is found, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the extension in the 12 months preceding the claim .
Excluded causes: We are not responsible for losses caused by improper user operation, unauthorised use, browser version incompatibility, third‑party malicious tampering, or force majeure events.
All ownership, source code, design, features, interface content, and related intellectual property of our extensions belong to us (the independent developer). Any unauthorised copying, reproduction, redistribution, or imitation is strictly prohibited. You retain ownership of any content you process using the extensions – we do not claim rights to your content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good‑faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for binding arbitration in accordance with its rules, in either English or Chinese. The arbitration award shall be final. If your local mandatory consumer law requires a different jurisdiction, the minimum legal requirements of your country will apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes (e.g., substantive reduction of user rights), we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via an in‑extension popup, the store listing, or email (if you have provided it). By continuing to use the extensions after the changes become effective, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using and uninstall the extensions.
